Homeowner's Association

All property owners automatically become a member of the Ford's Colony Rocky Mount Homeowners' Association (FCRMHOA) upon contracting to purchase their property within Ford's Colony. It is an independent organization that operates from property owner assessments, which are billed quarterly. Annual assessment rates have two categories - Buildable Lots (development infrastructure is complete for home building) or Non-Buildable Lots. Annual assessments cover the costs affiliated with the maintenance of the common areas, roads, and security operations.
