Sales by Agency - 1st Choice Beats out the competition!With our experienced management and sales staff along with three Parade of Homes weekends and weekly open houses, Ford's Colony First Choice Realty sold more homes in 2009 in Ford's Colony than we did in 2008 and the average sales price in 2009 was higher than in 2008.

  • We participated (listed the home, sold the home, or both) in the sale of more homes in Fords Colony than any other real estate company.
  • We participated in 35% of the homes and our closest competitor participated in only 29%.
    Our average sales price for homes was higher than any of our competitors almost $40,000 more.
  • Finally, we sold 65% of our own listings!
