Our company began developing property, designing and constructing homes more than 38 years ago. All homes which we have built were either designed by the company or we played a major role in the designs to accommodate the needs of each particular client.
We can build from any plan which you provide. Everyone who has built before knows that the best plan does not always come out exactly the way it was drawn. During the process of building a home, many people realize that changes are required in order to meet their particular needs. We have also been the in remodeling business, and that provides us with the expertise of being able to quickly handle any modification. Our company believes in its motto, "the company which specializes in personalizing every job." A home should be like a person - different and unique.
After our initial consultations are complete, you can rest assured that the price agreed upon in the contract will be honored by us. Only the additions and changes which you make will affect the price. We like to have satisfied customers and will do everything possible to maintain that goal.
Our company participates in and supervises every aspect of the building process. A turn-key project means that you use the key to open the door in order to bring your furniture in and begin to enjoy your home.
