We had over 300 clients participate in our Parade this past weekend! With perfect weather and such a great turn out, we couldn't have asked for a better Spring Parade.
So far, we have one ratified contract on a Links Town Home (First Choice was the listing and selling agent) and one ratified contract on a home (First Choice was the selling agent). We also have some others working.
We're looking forward to some busy weeks of follow up resulting in more sales.
A special thank you to all who participated!
Once again, many of the other real estate companies held their Open Houses on our weekend because they know they can't produce the number of qualified buyers that we produce Parade after Parade.

Today, Sunday, May 1st 2011, is the final day of our 2011 Spring Parade of Homes. The homes, town homes, condos, and Preferred Builder Showcase homes are open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You may still participate even if you aren't currently registered...all you need to do is register.
