Joan Pavlica joins Ford's Colony Realty

Ford’s Colony Realty welcomes Joan Pavlica to our sales team. Joan has worked in real estate for over 15 years and has received numerous awards for her sales and service to her clients. She has listed and sold homes across the Hampton Roads area. She was a relocation specialist within the Williamsburg area for many years and knows the stress of relocating a household. Whether its a lot or a home you need, Joan will be there every step of the way.
 
She has a degree in Interior Design from Kenosha Technical Institute and an associate degree in Biblical Studies.  Joan and her husband, Frank, have lived and worked in Fords Colony for the last 10 years. They have built 3 homes in Ford’s Colony and have been building and renovating homes for 32 years. Lynn Ford joins Ford's Colony Realty

Ford’s Colony Realty welcomes Lynn Ford to its real estate team as a Realtor. Lynn earned her real estate license over 3 years ago and will be an active addition to listing and selling homes and home sites with in Ford’s Colony. Before joining Ford’s Colony Realty, Lynn was the Special Events Coordinator at the Ford’s Colony Country Club. She very much enjoyed working with the members and planning wedding with future brides.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree from Villanova University. She is an active member and past president for the Williamsburg Garden Club, a past CDR Board Member (Children Development Resources), and an avid volunteer in Williamsburg. She has designed and built 5 custom homes and renovated 5 additional homes so she understands what it takes to show, shape, and sell a home in Ford’s Colony. She’s a knowledgeable asset to the Fords’ Colony Realty Team.

Our 25th Anniversary kicks off with a Dinner Dance this Saturday, May 5th, at our award winning Country CLub.  All residents are invited to celebrate 25 years of Ford's Colony.
